Group Therapy

There are plenty of situations where we feel completely isolated and like the only ones in the world going through something. In group sessions, you get to share your own experiences and hear from others as well.

We all need to feel connected to people!

 

What will you do in group therapy? Link up with other women going through similar issues and looking for support, safe spaces, and connection. Learn new skills to practice assertiveness, healthy boundaries, and stress management.
